Shweta Bhatia has served as Executive Vice President – Information Technology since May 2026. Prior to joining the Company, she served as Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer for Advance Auto Parts, a North American automotive aftermarket parts provider, from January 2025 to August 2025. Previously Ms. Bhatia served as Senior Vice President of Technology for Dollar General Corporation, a North American chain of discount stores, from September 2022 to January 2025, Corporate Vice President, International Technology for Walmart Inc., a large global retailer, from May 2019 to September 2022, and in several roles in the technology function at Kohl’s, a clothing retailer, from July 2007 to April 2019. Additionally, Ms. Bhatia holds the NACD/CERT Certificate in Cyber-Risk Oversight. Ms. Bhatia holds an MBA from the Amity Business School and a bachelor's degree from the IT College, both located in India.
