Shari G. White has served as Executive Vice President–Chief Merchandising Officer since June 2026 after joining the company in January 2026 as Senior Vice President – Merchandising (U.S. Foods). Prior to joining the Company, Ms. White held various merchandising leadership roles at Petco, a pet specialty retailer, from 2017 to 2025, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Omni Merchandising – Consumables & Pharmacy, and briefly as the company’s interim Chief Merchandising Officer in 2024. Prior to Petco, Ms. White held merchandising and private label roles at Target from 2008 to 2015 and marketing and brand management roles at Unilever from 2003 to 2008. Ms. White holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan.
